Payments are processed through PayPal in Euros.
International customers: Please be advised that when shipping outside Germany, kaspianshore.com is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may be imposed on your order.
Order fulfillment will take approximately 2-7 business days after payment is received. This does not include time in transit. We will notify you if there are any delays.

We ship worldwide and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. kaspianshore.com is not responsible for customs/duties charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
For security reasons, kaspianshore.com will only ship to the shipping address you specify on your order. When using PayPal as a payment method, please keep this in mind if the shipping address on your PayPal account differs from the one you’ve provided us. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information entered on this site.
All packages shipped flat in a stiff cardboard mailer via Deutsche Post (German postal service) – from Germany, Europe. Original paintings/drawings include insurance and tracking.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for international orders.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

There are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Any refused shipments sent back to kaspianshore.com do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with kaspianshore.com for refused shipments.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email to shop@kaspianshore.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
